can refund and exchange faulty items in our 3rd party lines, but no
returns are permitted where the buyer has changed their mind. In our
Love Bugz line however, we understand that people need to be able to
touch and feel the items and as we distribute these ourselves, we allow
customers to return their products if clean and un-washed.
With all products
supplied by Beetle Bugz Australia, manufacturer warranties and existing
statutory conditions apply, and are not superseded or overwritten by
these Terms and Conditions. You may visit the ACCC website at

The products listed on
this website show a general product picture from the product
manufacturer which may vary slightly to what is actually received
therefore, reported cases of minor variations and differences to what
was shown will not be covered by warranty. Further Terms and Conditions

Warranty on Love
At Beetle Bugz exceeding
your expectations is our number one priority, so please contact us with
any questions or concerns you may have! Our base warranty on all Love
Bugz Products is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
Beetle Bugz offers a
three-month full warranty on the workmanship of
all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects
such as loose elastic, burst seams, frayed material, broken snaps etc.
Our warranty excludes the following:
- Normal wear and tear
- Leakage or smell problems
- Faults resulting from improper use or care
Products must have been
cared for according to our instructions, a
copy of which is included with every purchase.
Following our assessment, we will repair or replace the products at our
discretion. Refunds are not available on warranty claims. Faults that
are deemed to have occurred as a result of misuse will be returned with
suggestions for how to better care for your products.
Replacements will not be provided for stock that was damaged by the
delivery service or customer.
